wednesday we had a little pumpkin carving -- baseball watching {the giants are in the world series, by the way} -- pizza eating -- and cookie making party. i have to say, last year i was a little more proud of myself. that owl?! can't win em every time. once the giants game ended {victory, obv} we turned on some random halloween movies that were on tv -- idle hands and halloween IV. so fun getting into the halloween spirit. happy weekend, all!

** for the cookies -- i added 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of nutmeg. makes them a little more fall-ish. bon appetit!
