ah, the fourth. or as i sometimes call it: 42j. this holiday has always been one of my favorites – something about the fireworks, hot dogs, fun music, and warm weather that really just get me going. this year we spent the long weekend in north lake tahoe at quite possibly my favorite airbnb so far.

some highlights from our first two nights include: ordering palomas that turned out to be fishbowls? #whoops, watermelon tossing and later dropping #anotherwhoops, the gnarliest bloody marys ever, the hyatt beach, our floating raft {stolen from 8 year olds...}, frescobol, the bar on the pier, bbq'ing burgers on our epic patio, napping outside, and the best FIREWORKS OF ALL TIME.
