last weekend we had the parrish rents in town – their first time to austin! we welcomed them with a festive happy hour on the patio of clarks, followed by a night of music and dancing at don's depot. we realized we need to go to this bar more often... 

the next day cp + sharon were nice enough to drive us to fredericksburg, a little german town about 2 hours outside of austin that we've been wanting to explore. we had a great time popping around sipping beer, eating schnitzels, and checking out william chris vineyad. texas wine can be hit or miss, but we were pleasantly surprised by this spot. we'll definitely be back!

^^ before we hit the road we obviously treated craig to his first ever breakfast taco
