leaving monday morning was the best decision we made for this trip – it made our sunday so stress free and effortless. the wait for "easter brunch" was a whopping 1.5 hours {after a 30 minute line to even put our name down!!), so picked up beignets & bloodys for the park while we waited. time flew. later we conquered the town on foot starting @ one of the craziest cemeteries i've ever seen. afterwards we made stops at spitfire espresso, pat obriens to *split* a hurricane, the country club, and lastly bacchanal where we sat for hours sipping multiple bottles of wine, slowly ordering the entire menu, and listening to some live country tunes.
