This past weekend we went to Austin for ACL. It flew by, but we had a great time catching up with family and friends, and seeing tons of live music. We also spent some time exploring -- Shady Grove, Lustre Pearl, 24 Diner (our first Chicken + Waffles), Z Tejas, and wandering South Congress were a few of the spots we were able to squeeze in. We are excited to go back to Texas soon!
The bands we saw: Cults, Theophilus London, Ray LaMontagne, Foster the People, Pretty Lights (moderately after a mid-day nap), Kanye West, Aloe Blaacc, Young the Giant, Alexander, TV on the Radio, Stevie Wonder, Fleet Foxes, Empire of the Sun, and Arcade Fire.
