Lately, my drink of choice has been the Moscow Mule because of how (dangerously) light and refreshing it tastes. This weekend I thought it could be fun to add a little twist and make infused Vodka -- we will let the strawberries and mint do their work this week and see how it tastes next weekend. Infusing spirits is easier than one might think, and can always add a little love to any favorite cocktail.
