happy {belated} easter! this year was a little more tame than last, however we still had a great time making banana pecan pancakes + turkey sausage. we're due for our peep chubby bunny contest. maybe next weekend.
 


the rain was coming down hard most of the day... i was thrilled to spend most of my day on the sofa for some much needed "me time". later that night we used our pasta from village market to make a lemon shrimp taste sensation. we kinda used this recipe with a side of asparagus, and threw in a few extras {tomatos, parmesan, sage, jalepeno, and onions}. bon appetit!
