we've been anticipating this visit for months now – i can't believe it has come and gone so quickly. this will now be an annual triple date weekend, being that last year at this time we partied in vegas. i hope we can always make time for weekends like these. friday night started with a local dinner at clarks, our favorite neighborhood oyster spot. afterwards we took a little walking tour down sixth, and stopped in a few bars just because it felt necessary. we later made our way to rainey street to enjoy the warm weather atclive and a few others along the street. all that walking gave us an appetite for our favorite late-night, 24diner. chicken and waffles was a great way to end our first night together...
